Below are list of open positions we are actively recruiting for :
1. Web Editor
We are looking for an additional web editor to work as part of our busy web team. No experience of web development is required and training will be given. However, working knowledge of packages such as Word and Excel is essential, and experience with photo editing or HTML would be an advantage.
The role involves producing new pages for the site as well as maintaining and updating existing pages. Accuracy is very important so we are looking for someone with good attention to detail and fluent English. An interest in travel and responsible tourism is also essential.
The post is full time, based in our Saigon office, to start as soon as possible.
2. News Blogger
We require an intern to help develop discussion and awareness of Asiantravelvietnamnews on blogs and forums in order to drive traffic to the site. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in social networking an interactive media.
3. Sales & Marketing Manager
Travel sales, travel servicing and back end support positions available. Knowledge of Asian and Vietnam geography and outstanding writing, verbal, computer, financial and typing skills are critical. High energy, team spirit and outstanding work ethic required. Past experience as a travel agent and as world traveler preferred. Competitive salary and benefits.
4. Online Sales Manager
We are searching for an intelligent, experienced and aggressive online ad sales professional who is looking to grow our Australian and Middle-East market. Candidate must appreciate the entrepreneurial environment and be dedicated to sales. MUST have a strong online sales background and solid communication (verbal, email) skills, along with the ability to develop long-lasting relationships.
Experience selling online display advertising (travel industry is ideal) and already having existing relationships with agencies/clients in the Australia and Middle East is a major plus! You will be responsible for monthly and annual goals. We will only consider those candidates with a strong background and demonstrated success in online sales!
• 3+ years experience selling online advertising, ideally to clients in the Australia and Middle-East area
• Solid understanding of how online display advertising works and CPM pricing methodology
• Willing to cold call, meet top-level executives and do what it takes
• Ability to structure deals and advertising proposals based on client’s objectives
• Ability to demonstrate past success in such a position
• Strong communication & analytical skills
